Services Rendered Refunds for services rendered will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 14 days of the service date to discuss your concerns.

Parts and Products Parts and products purchased from New Auto Centre are eligible for a refund or exchange if they are returned within 30 days of the purchase date, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt. Electrical parts are non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Services and Products

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Labor charges for services that have been completed and accepted by the customer.
  • Custom or special-order parts and products.
  • Electrical parts.
  • Any services or products purchased more than 30 days ago.
